Despite its prolific production history, this mine still has 52.0 million ounces of gold Mineral Resources, which includes approximately 17.2 million ounces of Mineral Reserves.

The Sao Chico gold project is located in the Para region of Brazil, 590km South-East of Maneus. It is currently in its exploration and development phase. Serabi Gold aquired the project from Kenai Resources in July, 2013.

Cadia Valley Operations is located in central-west New South Wales, approximately 25km from Orange and 250km west of Sydney. It is comprised of three mines, one open-pit and two underground, with the most recent underground mine commencing operation in January 2013.

Pine Cove is located on the Baie Verte Peninsula, in north central Newfoundland. It is an open pit, truck and shovel operation with processing occurring at a mill on site. Anaconda also owns licenses in adjacent properties and are currently exploring these areas.

The Manica Project is located on the eastern limb of the Zimbabwe Craton, approximately 4km north of the town of Manica and 270km northwest of Biera. Exploration and development of the project has been ongoing since 2002.

The Vaal River mining operations in the South Africa Region include three mines located roughly 170km to 180km from Johannesburg in the vicinity of Orkney and Klerksdorp, near the Vaal River on the Free State-North West Province border. The three mines share a milling and treatment circuit.

The Pocket Beach areas are located in the Sperrgebiet. Production occurred in the area in 2004, with an increase in 2007 with the operation of additional infrastructure.

The Mambere project is currently in its exploration stage and in 2009 was placed on care and maintenance. It consists of an 855km² concession within the Central African Republic.

The TransHex Marine mining project took place along the coastline of Namibia, primarily offshore Luderitz. The project, between 2001 and 2004, was undertaken as a joint venture but has since been ceased.

The Williamson mine is the world's largest economic kimberlite by surface area at 146 hectares in size. It has operated continuously since 1940. It is an open pit operations with a maximum depth of only 90 metres due to the large size of the deposit. The projected mine life is greater than 50 years.

The Canatuan mine is located in the Zamboanga del Norte province on Mindanao island. Between 2004-08 the mine primarily produced gold and silver from surface deposits, where as now it primarily produces zinc and copper.

KCGM operates at the south-east corner of the city of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, which is about 600kms east of Perth, capital city of Western Australia. Named the 'Super Pit', it is the biggest gold open pit mine in Australia. Ore delivered from the pit is processed through the Fimiston Plant and Gidji Roaster.

The South Kalgoorlie Operation of Alacer Gold is centred on the Jubilee processing plant, located 15km south of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. The operation was previously owned by Hampton Australia.

The Penjom mine is located 120km north of Kuala Lumpur, in the Pahang district of Malaysia. Operations are conducted through an open-pit mine and RIL and gravity separation processing. The mine has an expected life of 6 years, ending 2017.

The Wodgina Project is located 100km south of Port Hedland in Northern Western Australia. The mine was previously operated by Sons of Gwalia. There is also significant exploration occurring along the surrounding Wodgina Greenstone Belt.

The mine is located in the Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range, 220km east of Hermosillo and 300km south of the border between the USA and Mexico. Construction on the site began in 2004 with commercial production startin gin April 2006. It operates via conventional open-pit methods with the addition of underground mining commencing in 2014.

Great Basin Gold's Nevada operations consist of the Hollister Property in the northern Carlin Trend belt and the Esmeralda Property in the south-west close to the border between Nevada and California. The Esmeralda processing plant is located approximately 467km from Hollister, with ore transported to the site via truck.

The Ekati Diamond Mine is Canada's first surface and underground diamond mine, officially beginning production in October 1998. It is located in the Lac de Gras region of the Norwest Territories, approximately 300km northeast of Yellowknife.The mine was previously operated by BHP Billiton (until November 2012).

The Caijiaying mine is located in the Hebei province of China, 250km northwest of Beijing. The mine was successfully comissioned in 2005 and is an underground operation.

The Bong Mieu mine is located in the Quang Nam provence of Vietnam, 20km southwest of Tam Ky. Commissioned in 2006, Bong Mieu consists of an open-pit operation with a CIL processing plant.

Newmont’s Tanami Operations is located on Aboriginal freehold land in the remote Tanami Desert of the Northern Territory, 550km northwest of Alice Springs. Production is from the Callie underground operation and processing occurs at Granites Mill.

The St Ives mine is located in Western Australia, 19km southeast of Kamblada and 80km south of Kalgoorlie. Its operations are conducted through several open-pits and four underground mines, with a CIP processing plant.

The Ellendale mine is located approximately 120km east of Derby in the West Kimberly Region of Western Australia. It is an open pit mine, producting gem and near-gem quality diamonds, including the rare and highly valued Fancy Yellow Diamond.

The Parcoy mine is located in the La Libertad region of the Pataz province, 60km South-East of Huamachuco. It is an underground mine system, with an ongoing developmental project to deepen the shafts, which began in 2010.

Title to the San Jose property is held by Minera Santa Cruz, S.A. ("MSC"), the holding and operating company set up under the terms of an option and Joint Venture Agreement between McEwen Mining Inc. (49%) and Hochschild Mining Argentina (51%), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hochschild.

Founded in 1924, the Mount Isa mines represent one of the worlds largest underground mining operations. It is split into copper and zinc-lead mining and processing streams. The copper operation includes two underground mines, a concentrator and a smelter while zinc-lead operations are comprised of an underground and two open pit mines, a concentrator and smelter.

Rudnik Matrosova is located in the Magaden region of Russia. It is currently in its developmental stage and is estimated to produce approximately 500,000 ounces of gold annually.

The Earnscleugh mine is located across the Clutha river from Alexandra in the Central Otago region on the South Island of New Zealand. It was the first floating plant in the world and was bought by L&M Group in 1999.

The Morning Star mine at Woods Point is located in Victoria on the between Marysville and Mansfield. Morning Star is one of Australias most prodigious mines yielding 883,000 ounces of gold at an estimated grade of at least 26.5 grams per tonne. It underwent a period of redevelopment between 2007-09 and mining was recommenced in 2011.

The Kangaroo Flat mine is the second largest goldfield in terms of historical production in Australia after Western Australia's Golden Mile. Opened 1993. The mine has been undergoing care and maintenance since 2011.

The Ballarat mine is located 115 kilometres northwest of Melbourne. It is Victoria's second largest goldfield, based on historical production. It represents Castlemaine Goldfield's cornerstone asset and underground mining and ore processing at Ballarat was restarted in 2011.

The TEMCO mine is located 50 km North of Launceston at Bell Bay on the coast of Tasmania. The operation remains the only manganese ferroalloy plant in Australia and produces high-carbon ferromanganese, silicomanganese and sinter.

The Beaconsfield mine was closed after the 2006 collapse.

DebMarine Namibia is part of the DebMarine Fleet, operating in Namibia's Atlantic coastal waters. The fleet is comprised of 5 mining vessels: mv Debmar Atlantic, mv Debmar Pacific, mv !Gariep, mv. Peace in Africa and mv. Grand Banks. Gekko has supplied equipment to the Grand Banks, Gariep and Atlantic Vessels.

The Oranjemund mine is located on the South coast of Namibia, starting at the mouth of the Orange river, near Oranjemund, North to Chameis Bay, over a distance of about 100 km.

The Niewejaarskraal project is located on the south bank of the Orange River in the Herbert district of the Northern Cape Province, some 57 km southwest of Douglas and some 170 km from Kimberley. The property is a past producer that was acquired by Rockwell in 2009. It is held 74% by Rockwell and 26% by the Black Economic Empowerment partner.

The Pirquitas Mine is a 100% owned property located in the Province of Jujuy, northern Argentina. It is positioned at an elevation of 4,100 meters above sea level and is accessible by all-weather roads. The mine achieved commercial production on December 1, 2009.
